I’ve been in love with smoothies for breakfast lately. Don’t get me wrong, I love delicious, syrup-y pancakes as much as the next guy, buuuuttt… Often times when I have a busy morning or if I’m feeling particularly lazy (far more often than I would like to admit) I am not going to break out a bunch of pans and ingredients and instead I’m going to grab my blender, drop a handful of fruits and veggies into it, press blend and be done with it.
