Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a shallow bowl, mix together almond flour, tapioca flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper until combined.
3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the non-dairy milk, then into the almond flour mixture, making sure it is fully coated.
4. Place the cauliflower florets onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
5. While the cauliflower is baking, make the buffalo sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine hot sauce, vegan butter, coconut sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and black pepper. Heat until the vegan butter is melted and all the ingredients are combined.
6. Once the cauliflower bites are done baking, remove from the oven and transfer to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower, and toss until fully coated.
7. Serve the Buffalo Cauliflower Bites warm with a side of vegan ranch for dipping. Enjoy!
