-1 ½ cups almond flour
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
-½ teaspoon salt
-3 tablespoons olive oil
-3 tablespoons water
-6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
-1 large onion, diced
-2 tablespoons butter
-1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-¼ teaspoon black pepper
-¼ teaspoon salt
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Stir in the olive oil and water until the dough forms a ball.
3. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet and use your hands to flatten and shape it into a 12-inch round.
4. Bake the crust for 15 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
6. Remove the crust from the oven and top with the cooked bacon, caramelized onions, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
7. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
