1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. Begin by making the cauliflower crust. Start by breaking the cauliflower into florets and add them to a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower is finely ground.

3. Place the cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 3-4 minutes. Once the cauliflower is cooked, let it cool for a few minutes before transferring it to a clean kitchen towel.

4. Wrap the cauliflower in the towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.

5. Place the cauliflower in a large bowl and add the eggs, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix everything together until a dough-like consistency is achieved.

6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough out into a circle. Bake the crust for 15 minutes.

7. Once the crust is done baking, remove it from the oven and spread the tomato sauce on top. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the sauce and add your desired toppings.

8. Place the pizza back in the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.

9. Remove the pizza from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
