Keto Kat’s Creamy Avocado Soup Recipe

– 2 ripe avocados
– 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
– 1/2 cup heavy cream (substitute coconut cream for vegan/vegetarian alternative)
– 1/2 cup diced onion
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp. avocado oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
