Are You Caul-ing Me A Liar?
This one has got to be one of favorite keto snacks for the season. Right when summer slowly turns to fall, the beginning of the regular football season starts and the holidays are right around the corner — this is just the perfect thing to make at home or bring as a party favor.
The beauty of this is the simplicity — as usual — but also the fact that it’s a total crowd pleaser. Not a fan of wings? Perfect, here we go. Not a fan of cauliflower? Still perfect — you can hardly taste it! The main drawback is it does take a little while to cook but honestly it’s worth it every time because it’s just so easy. Dress it up, pop it in the oven, set a timer and forget about it.
This one is going to be a regular Sunday tradition for me, I can already tell. We always get together at my grandparents’ house for football during the season and there’s a good chunk of people every week. Snacks are absolutely vital! Not to mention there are several vegetarians and another keto freak so this is a home run with everyone. I bet you’ll see the same thing wherever you bring it!
